CONSULTING SERVICE WITH CUSTOM PLANNING FOR EACH PATIENT
Huram has partnered with diverse hospitals each with its own medical focus. Through this network, we are able to provide personal concierge every step of the way. Your dedicated Huram coordinator will continue to be available at all times during your medical tour experience.
We offer personal one-on-one care services with professional medical coordinators and co-marketing partnerships with the management of affiliated companies.
1. PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING
We provide assistance even before step one. Our consulting services provides medical, accommodations, travel and other assistance throughout the patient’s stay with Huram in South Korea.
2. CONSULTING & EVALUATION
Through consultation, our highly trained coordinators identify patients’ needs and provide assistance to the patients. After, our coordinators will provide the information to specialist at our affiliated hospitals and clinics.
3. PROVIDE INFORMATION
After the consultation, patients can request information (contact, records, photos, etc.) of chosen hospital/surgeon. This can done through email since there will be difficulties with different time zones.
4. SEND QUOTE TO PATIENT
After the consultation, Huram carefully analyzes the patient’s needs and delivers a price quote to the patient. We provide quotes in which the patient will choose to receive their medical services along with certain accommodations.
Discussing dates is a crucial step. It allows us to plan your visit including appointments dates, recovery time, and travel time (optional). If the patient does not already have a passport or a visa, a Huram coordinator will assist in acquiring these documents.
6. TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
To each medical consultation and appointment, we provide our transportation service to and from. You will be assisted by a Huram staff, as the patient’s guardian, throughout your stay in South Korea.
7. TRANSLATOR ASSISTANCE
For patients who need an interpreter, from pick-up to drop-off at the airport and to and from appointment, patients will be accompanied by one of our dedicated interpreter coordinator.
8. AFTER SERVICE-FOLLOW UP
We operate an After Care System with a collaborative management system with affiliated hospitals after the patient’s departure. For future medical purposes, Huram will be able to provide medical records and files.
